In December 2024, we had the privilege of capturing the TAFE Queensland Protégé Graduate Student Fashion Show at Mt Gravatt. The event was a vibrant showcase of emerging talent, with graduating students presenting bold designs, exceptional craftsmanship, and boundless creativity.
This is one of our favorite shoots every year. The Protégé Fashion Show never fails to impress, with students pushing the boundaries of design and bringing daring, rule-breaking creations to the runway. It’s a night where innovation takes center stage, and the energy is always electric. Having covered this event for years, we can confidently say it remains a standout on our event calendar—delivering fresh talent, visionary fashion, and an unforgettable experience.
The atmosphere was buzzing as fashion enthusiasts gathered to witness the innovative collections gracing the runway. Every piece reflected the dedication and hard work of the students, making for an inspiring night filled with creativity and style.
This year, we were also joined by a second photographer, Ryan Kwong—a talented photography student from TAFE Queensland who is now part of the Tito Media team. It was a full-circle moment, as Ryan stepped behind the lens to capture the very show from which so many talented designers launch their careers.
